About Me
I’ve spent more than a decade as an economist studying how federal policies shape human behavior and outcomes. I’ve led multidisciplinary teams and produced high-quality research using complex data analysis, qualitative methods, interviews, and economic modeling. Along the way, coaching made me a better leader—so when my workplace offered coach training, I jumped in.
For several years, I’ve served as an internal corporate coach, facilitated team-building sessions, and led workshops on goal setting, leadership, communication, and strengths-based development. Coaching quickly became the part of my job that never felt like work, so I decided to grow my practice and make it my focus.
.

"I love helping people grow and succeed."

I’m driven by solving problems, learning quickly, and helping people achieve ambitious goals. My strengths—clear communication, strategic thinking, and a positive, grounded mindset—were shaped not just by formal education and roles in the private, nonprofit, and federal sectors, but by the tough experiences: challenging bosses, overwhelming workloads, managing difficult dynamics, and bringing diverse teams to consensus on complex projects. Those lessons are now the core of how I coach.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me with my husband and kids in the beautiful SF Bay Area—at the gym, cooking, hiking, reading, hosting friends for BBQ, or cheering on my kids at their many activities.
